Apex Systems is an independent, multi-brand laptop and computer repair center registered in India. The company is not an authorized service or channel partner for any specific brand.
Warranty Policy
In-Warranty Devices: The company does not service devices that are still under manufacturer warranty. Customers are advised to contact the respective brand for in-warranty repairs.
Data and Software Policy
Data Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before submitting devices for repair.
Access to Data: The company does not access customer data or create backups unless explicitly authorized.
Software Installation: Only genuine, open-source, or trial software will be installed. Any device alterations require explicit customer approval.
Data Recovery: After successful recovery, all customer data is deleted from the company’s systems in the presence of the customer. The company is not liable for data leaks if the storage media was previously shared with another vendor.
Pricing and Charges
Service Charges: Prices listed on the website cover service only and do not include replacement parts, spare parts, or consumables.
Final Cost: The final repair cost may vary depending on the diagnosis and specific repair requirements.
Authorized Parts: Only original, tested, and compatible parts with valid warranties are used.
Parts Warranty: Warranty for purchased parts is limited to the manufacturer’s terms. Onsite replacement warranty is not provided, and customers must visit the store for warranty service.
Shipping Delays: Customers may experience delays if manufacturers take time to ship replacement parts.
Customer Approval and Device Integrity
Explicit Approval: The company requires explicit customer approval before making any alterations or removing parts.
Device Records: Customers are advised to note their device serial numbers to prevent disputes.
Responsibility: The company is not responsible for disputes regarding the physical device.
Liability

Installation Responsibility: The company is not responsible for reinstallation of operating systems or software after replacement. Customers may opt for paid assistance if required.
Invoice Requirement: An invoice must be presented for warranty or under-warranty claims.
Legal and Staff Policy
Jurisdiction: All disputes related to sales, consumer cases, or warranty replacements are subject to the Delhi Judiciary only.
Staff Responsibility: Individual staff members are personally accountable for any misguidance or service-related issues they cause; the company is not liable for such actions.
